FRIENDSHIP FORCE TBILISI - GEORGIA
The Friendship Force Tbilisi- Georgia operates collaboratively with the Creative Association "Buma", which realizes its activity in compliance to the current law and legislation of Georgia.
The creative association "Buma" is founded on the basis of the Georgian Civil Code in an organizational and legal for of a union and realizes its activity in compliance to the specified Code, current laws of Georgia and the Charter of the association.
Name of the association is "Creative Association "Buma".
The association is a legal person, which has an independent balance, partitioned property, settlement and currency accounts in Georgian and foreign bank institutions. The Association is authorized to make deals on its own behalf, to purchase property, personal non-property rights and undertake liabilities, to be a plaintiff and defendant at a trial.
The Association has a seal with its name and emblem, a stamp and all the necessary requisites.

Purpose of the activity of the Association
The purpose of activity of the Association is as follows:
- Assistance to complete and harmonic development of a child;
- Popularization of international pacts, declarations and conventions and their observance in the corresponding spheres;
- Assistance to educations, arts, and sports;
- Assistance to professional education and employment;
- Protection and development of cultural heritage, propagation. Familiarization with cultural heritage of other countries and popularization;
- Improvement of psychological and economical conditions of socially unprotected layers of the society, especially, incapable people, assistance to their integration in social life by education, culture, sport, rest and recovery.
- Support of the activity, professional training for the purpose of equality and social integration of incapable people in the society. Registration, establishment of a database, establishment of a resource center;
- Rendering of service to socially unprotected groups of the society;
- Increasing of the level of knowledge of the society about needs of incapable children; inculcation of the integrated education model;
- Establishment of the creative environment assisting to revealing of children's talents and abilities (for the purpose of psychological and social rehabilitation) and development as model system of inclusive study at test kindergartens and schools and "arts therapy"; arrangement of festivals, competitions and concerts for the same purpose;
- Strengthening of relations with foreign donors;
- Cooperation with the society and mass media;
- Exchange with specialists for raising the level of skills;
- Arrangement of meetings, discussions, trainings, conferences;
- Strengthening of relations with other international organizations of the same character. Participation in conferences, seminars;
- Charitable activity;
- Translation, publishing, information and exhibition activity, etc.
